We were quite unimpressed with the unprofessional attitude for such a small business owner. We asked for clarity on an estimate that appeared to be an error ($200 per square foot) and were literally dismissed with a message telling us that he hoped we'd find what we're looking for.
Some training in cultivating good business relationships, professional communication and negotiating would be worthwhile for this business.
